Nylon HEAD (tire mounting duck-head, shoe) KIT for many Tire Changers. Includes 2-bolt flange adapter that allows head to be mounted on the hexegon shaft. For models with a 27mm-28mm (1-1/16" to 1-1/8") ROUND (but not tapered) stud (the stud is the part of the hexegon bar that is machined and that you cannot see until you take of the Head or Adapter). 

The kit comes with the FLANGE ADAPTER and a HEAD. Once you have the adapter, you can purchase just the replacement head.

NOTE: to mount this kit on some machines, you have to remove the hexagon shaft and re-insert it 180 degrees rotated.
